Computer repair rates are variable, depending on the type of work done and support level required.

Service rates are variable, depending on your type of network, operating systems, applications, number of servers, number of workstations, and support level required.

Palm, BlackBerry or Other Handheld Setup/customization/network integration
Wireless service is required. If wireless service is not already established or you don't own a Palm, BlackBerry, or other handheld device, we can set one up for you through Sprint/Nextel.

Same day/night emergency service within 4 hrs. or less. 24/7 $125 - $200 / hour

Annual Support Contract.
4 hr. guaranteed response time (usually less), reduced hourly rates.
Based on no. of hours per month, nights and weekends, type and size of network, operating systems, and support level required.
Please call for a consultation to determine the best service agreement for your needs. We charge on-site consultation (regardless of no. of hours on-site), but the charge is waived if an agreement is signed within 90 days.
